By using only a mobile phone and bambuser the band will send a live concert from their house in the dark, snowy woods of Sweden.
On Saturday February 21th the swedish rockband Heiko will celebrate their release of the ep “The Court” by doing a live concert. The concert will be streamed over the Internet by using the service Bambuser.com.

Heiko is busy as bees to get everything ready for this weekend.
Heiko is hard at work for the upcoming weekend. First they will be releasing their new ep “The Court” on February 21th. And then the release will be celebrated with a live concert broadcast from their house by the lake at 18:00 gmt +1 on Saturday.

Pocketful celebrate the arrival of 2009 with the release of the six-track EP “Ambiguous Signs“, the band’s second release on Ovanbeck Records. Pocketful fans will recognize the bitter-sweet, atmospheric sound in songs such as “Wrong” and “A Hint of What is Missing”, but the disco grooves in “Voices” also show that Pocketful are not afraid of introducing new influences in their music. Guests include vocalist Therése Oresten and trumpet player Jan Rellmark.

Heiko is planing a live concert over the internet.
Heiko will be releasing their new EP “The Court” the 21th February. To celebrate this big event they will have a release party and live concert streamed over the net. That’s all we can say right now but we will be back with more information soon.

Welcome to a New Year here at Ovanbeck Records. Everybody is working hard so we can give you this years first release.
Heiko is mixing all four songs for their upcoming “The Court”. Sissy Ven is growing his beard and singing in the mic all night long. Pocketful has been working hard to get their new EP ready but Jerker has also been doing some solo work.
Pocketful’s Jerker Rellmark was recently invited to play a trumpet solo on The Moor’s version of the classic Pugh Rogefeldt song “Grävmaskinen”. The song will be included on a tribute release to Swedish music from the 70s. This is the second time Jerker makes a guest appearance with The Moor – in 1996 he played flugelhorn and trumpet on the CD “Flux”. More info about the release of “Grävmaskinen” will follow.

Heiko is up and about. Last weekend Heiko was seen doing a live gig at a private country party. That is the first time we have seen the boys on stage since 2000.
Last weekend Heiko appeared at a private country music party doing their first live gig since the year 2000. The band played a couple of old classic country covers for a very amused and lucky audience. Hopefully this was not a one time gig for the band. Maybe we will be hearing more of Heiko live in the future. They are alive!

As autumn slowly turns to winter up here in the north we are working harder then ever on upcoming releases from Pocketful, Sissy Ven and Heiko.
Hi folks! Here is an update on some of the things we are working on here at Ovanbeck.
Sissy Ven is working on a new ep that will hopefully be released just before Christmas. It will be four tracks of nice warm electro to make the holidays greater than ever.
Pocketful’s new ep “Ambiguous Signs” is ready and heading for the mastering room. They will also re-release their album “Sparkling”.
Heiko are in the final stages of mixing their upcoming ep “The Field”. They boys are working hard to be able to release it before the first snow. Keep the shovel ready.
If everything goes as planned maybe Christmas will come early this year!
